Long, sunny summers are needed to dry our fruit and preserve its tree-ripened flavor in a more enduring form.  This allows people everywhere to enjoy our California fruit any time of the year.  Many of the dried fruits offered here are grown and dried on our family farm in California’s Santa Clara Valley.

Please note:  Our dried apricots, peaches, nectarines, pears, golden raisins and Flavor Grenade pluots are treated with Sulfur Dioxide which purifies the fruit, maintains natural color and seals in vitamins.   Calimyrna figs may have traces of  sulfur.  Dried plums contain potassium sorbate, and cherry raisins, Mission figs and dates contain no preservatives
